Amy Stepanian

Amy Stepanian is Marketing Director of Dove United States. She is the senior-most leader directly dedicated to the Dove brand in the U.S., with responsibility to lead delivery of business and equity goals for Dove in the market.

Amy joined Unilever 13 years ago and has been involved with the Dove business for a number of years, most recently having led the launch of Baby Dove globally. Prior to her tenure on Baby Dove, Amy held global marketing roles on Dove in London, UK and in Singapore. Both of these roles allowed her to experience and impact how the Dove brand comes to life for consumers around the world.
