Kirsten leads the development of the end-to-end marketing strategy and corporate positioning across the globe.
Prior to SAP SuccessFactors, Kirsten led Corporate Marketing for SAP Ariba, launching the company’s 18-year-old brand, modernizing its visual identity and messaging across all customer touch points. Kirsten led an award-winning digital strategy to launch a new ariba.com in less than nine months, with a completely new architecture, design and content strategy. Known as an exceptional public speaker and team motivator, Kirsten led SAP Ariba’s Business with Purpose strategy, combining product and innovation together with brand partnerships to lead the industry in building sustainable and ethical supply chains. As an inspirational team motivator, Kirsten’s experience at SAP spans Cloud/SaaS, enterprise applications, business intelligence, delivering business outcomes for line of business and industry buyers.
Kirsten has been honored by many organizations including The Internationalist as a “Next 50” top marketer for outstanding accomplishments in modern marketing.
Kirsten is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Political Science and B.A. in Music. She received her Master of Music degree from the prestigious Manhattan School of Music in classical voice. She regularly concertizes as a critically acclaimed mezzo soprano. She works in the SAP New York City office and lives in Brooklyn with her husband Jon and their two children Rhiannon and Jack.
