Kevin Flagg

As Senior Director, Shopper Marketing and Media Activation at Unilever, Kevin leads both the customer facing shopper Marketing teams and the Center of Excellence for Marketing Activation and Innovation. In his role, he serves as a key link in driving integration across marketing, media, e-commerce and experience-led commerce, and to drive data driven Marketing initiatives with our customers and supplier partners.

Prior joining Unilever, Kevin was President, Customer Marketing and Retail Integration for Pierce Promotions, after serving as Vice President Shopper Marketing for Marketing Drive Worldwide.

His 25-year experience is distributed across roles on both client and agency sides, with sales, marketing and management responsibilities for blue chip companies and clients, including Procter & Gamble, Tambrands (Tampax), Remington Products, Schering Plough, Activision, McNeill/J&J, Dyson among others.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston College.
