Since co-founding HAYMAKER in early 2017, Matt has created work that has ranged from combating the nation’s opioid epidemic to repositioning and rebranding one of the world's most iconic beachwear brands in Reef.

No matter the opportunity, Matt’s strategic thought leadership and expertise has consistently helped his partners win. His strategic insight and leadership helped The Truth Initiative to be awarded The Most Effective Brand in North America by The Effies and adidas to be named one of Ad Age’s A-List Marketers of the Year.

HAYMAKER’s recent campaign “Know the truth” for the Truth Initiative features true stories of Americans struggling with opioid dependence and the shocking harm they’ve inflicted on themselves to get more prescriptions. The work earned recognition from the national news media and the White House, as well as media support from Facebook, Google, Viacom and Turner among others.

Throughout his career, Matt has helped shape iconic brands such as Reef, The Truth
