Poorna Jagannathan
Poorna Jagannathan is an actor and producer.
She was a series regular on HBO's critically acclaimed show, "The Night Of", as well as Netflix's "Gypsy". Currently, she has recurring roles on "Better Call Saul" and season 2 of "Big Little Lies". In 2013, she initiated and produced the play, "Nirbhaya", which was a response to the brutal gangrape of a medical student on a Delhi bus. It was called "One of the most powerful pieces of theater you'll ever see" by The Telegraph, and is the winner of several accolades including an Amnesty International Award.
Before becoming an actor, Poorna spent years as a strategic planner at Chiat, Oglivy and Deutsch before starting her own strategic consultancy firm called "Cowgirls & Indians," which still springs into action when the world needs saving.
