David Gaines

David leads planning and strategy for Wavemaker, responsible for delivering client success through Rapid Growth Planning.
He has worked across 14 countries covering trading, media communications planning, regional, local roles and agency leadership. David founded Maxus, the other half to merge with MEC and form Wavemaker, in Australia where he was CEO and was part of the team that launched the network globally in 2008.
Prior to arriving in the USA David started his own agency to tackle the right balance of digitally pathway data and consumer psychcology insight – a skillset we are now applying to our Wavemaker Purchase Journey dynamics expertise.
