From setting the strategy to optimizing budgets to leading a best-in-class design team, Clayton is focused on enabling colleagues across the enterprise to grow the value of the Brand.
Under his leadership, the company is implementing the first-ever global brand strategy, which is focused on increasing price premium and engendering loyalty across our consumer, commercial and merchant customers. The brand strategy his team authored aligns human resources, operations, marketing and servicing to deliver an authentic brand experience end-to-end.
