Emma Armstrong

As iCrossing New York’s Managing Director, Emma Armstrong is responsible for turning brand potential into business performance across NY’s portfolio of clients.

Passionate about harnessing the power of data and creativity, Emma brings 20 years of digital and brand marketing experience to iCrossing. She started her career in the early days of digital with client and agency roles spanning a diverse range of companies and sectors, including including British Airways, Hertz, British Telecom, Emirates, Del Monte, T-Mobile, Dyson, and IKEA.

A true marketing hybrid, she spent the second half of her career at BBDO, where she led the global FedEx, General Electric and Viagra (Pfizer) accounts, and most recently at Grey, where she was responsible for the global P&G Haircare account. Her team’s work has been recognized with Cannes Lions, Effies, Webbys and everything in between.

Emma moved from her native UK twelve years ago and when she’s not in the office she’s most likely to be found with her nose in a book, or encouraging her two American kids to talk with just a little less of an accent!
