Karyn Rockwell
Karyn, CEO of FCB New York since early 2016, has been breaking down walls — literally and figuratively — to reinvigorate the agency, continuing a career of outstanding leadership experience gained at such top agencies as JWT, Leo Burnett, DDB and McCann. She is known for her work on a broad range of both new and established brands, such as Mondelēz, The U.S. Army, Kimberly-Clark, Royal Caribbean, Coca-Cola, Unilever and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
Prior to being named FCB New York’s CEO, Karyn was Chief Collaborator at Co: collective. Co: is a strategy and innovation company specializing in inventing and reinventing businesses, brands and products. Karyn built and led the collaboration department, where she managed a group of account management professionals. Karyn also led the YouTube business and was instrumental in the conception and development of their first consumer-facing communications campaign.
Karyn was named to Advertising Age’s 2017 "Women to Watch”.
