Molly West

Molly West oversees the television advertising sales operations team. Her responsibilities include strategy to achieve Ad Sales revenue goals, driving effective processes for the day to day business, improving technology, oversite of accurate commercial traffic and scheduling, and resource management to support market complexities. Prior to her current role, Molly was a Senior Director, International Ad Sales Operations where she drove operational strategy for the growing International division and leveraged best practices between the US and International teams. In addition to her core responsibilities, Molly mentors a number of individuals both internally and externally to ESPN. She is a Diversity and Inclusion Champion for the Sales and Marketing team. She graduated from Cornell in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services. Molly was a goalie and team captain for the field hockey team and was inducted into the Cornell Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011.
