Heath Rosenthal

Heath Rosenthal serves as Director, Diversity & Inclusion at ESPN, part of The Walt Disney Company. In his role, Heath partners with leaders of ESPN’s business divisions, such as Sales & Marketing and Digital & Print Media to set and execute the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy. Heath also leads ESPN’s key initiatives and partnerships related to the disability and LGBT communities. In addition, Heath has led targeted programs designed to drive greater impact of ESPN’s diversity and inclusion efforts, such as the Employee Resource Group (ERG) Ambassador Program, the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellness Survey, and Diversity and Inclusion Learning Programs.
Prior to joining ESPN, Heath practiced employment law at Davis & Gilbert and Willkie Farr & Gallagher. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the NYC HR Association’s Diversity and Inclusion SIG.
