Hal Kirkland
Hal Kirkland is an internationally awarded Director and Creative Director who has created campaigns, films and interactive experiences for some of the world’s best brands, bands, agencies and cultural institutions. This last year he directed an interactive music video for Led Zeppelin that invites fans get to step behind the facade of their legendary album, Physical graffiti and traverse 17 music videos simultaneously. He’s empowered audiences to play Director of a commercial gone awry alongside the loveable, Jennifer Aniston. And most recently choreographed over 100 people in a VR single-take music video for American chart-topping band, OneRepublic.
As Media Artist and founder of Audio Tour Hack he’s hijacked the context of entire exhibitions at the MoMA, and Guggenheim New York. The latter, Artobots Guggenheim, reimagined John Chamberlain’s Choices Exhibition as a memorial for a defeated Autobot army.
