Kiva Wilson, Ed.M., serves as a Diversity Business Partner for Facebook’s Global Marketing Solutions organization. She partners with business and recruiting leadership to develop diversity outreach and recruitment strategies, whilst managing partnerships aimed at growing the representation of historically underrepresented communities in tech. As part of Facebook’s Global Diversity team, she focuses on finding, growing and keeping exceptional talent. Earlier in her career, Kiva managed the U.S. Peace Corps’ Office of Diversity & National Outreach. There she worked with the United Negro College Fund Special Programs Corporation, American Indian Science and Engineering Society, Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, Thurgood Marshall College Fund and others to boost interest in international service. Kiva holds degrees from Dartmouth College and Harvard University.
