Brad Bentley

Brad Bentley is executive vice president of marketing for AT&T Entertainment Group (EG). He is responsible for EG brand repositioning, advertising & creative, program management for the launch of our new OTT and mobile entertainment products, Digital Life and our Advertising Sales segment.

Bentley brings with him more than 15 years of entertainment marketing experience in various roles at DIRECTV. Most recently, he was senior vice president of Revenue Strategy & Planning for DIRECTV, where he was responsible for DIRECTV pricing and packaging along with the oversight of all acquisition and retention investments. He was the architect behind a three-year plan to rebalance the business to ensure sustainable top- and bottom-line growth.

He previously served as senior vice president of Sales and Marketing for DIRECTV. In this role, he developed the sales and marketing strategy and execution across all channels of distribution, driving over 4 million gross new subscribers annually.

He joined DIRECTV in 2000 and was instrumental in launching and growing the direct sales channel, which now represents 50 percent of DIRECTV sales distribution. He also served as vice president of Acquisition Marketing, for which he created a Rapid Response Team and centralized all dealers’ creative and media buying to improve the consistency of marketing messages and increase dealer buying power.

Bentley holds a Master’s degree integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree from Vanguard University.
He is located at EG headquarters in El Segundo.
