Mike Sweeney

CEO Mike Sweeney is proud to be a part of that culture and leads the agency with an endless commitment to producing outstanding work that delivers results for both clients and the agency. These attributes have helped Mike gain success throughout his career at Tracy-Locke, in Dallas and Los Angeles, DDB in Dallas, and now at Integer.

In 1994, Mike joined Integer’s Denver agency as Managing Director; in 1999, he was promoted to President. Now as Chief Executive Officer, he oversees the management of multiple agencies in the Integer network that employs more than 1,000 associates in the United States, Europe and Asia.

The experience he has gained by working with blue-chip clients like Coors Brewing Company (now MillerCoors), Procter & Gamble, Polaris Industries, Pepsi-Cola Company and Frito-Lay has made him a better marketer and a better leader. The organizational philosophy that is at the core of everything he does resides at the intersection of branding and selling. More simply put, he ensures that the agency’s efforts are designed to do two things for its clients — sell today and sell tomorrow.
