Paul Hanges

Paul Hanges is VP and GM of Crowd Ignite, Evolve Media’s audience development platform. Evolve Media is an integrated digital media company focused on vertical publishing, advertising sales and marketing services for its clients. Crowd Ignite drives related content promotion amongst participating partners, leading to higher user engagement and content consumption. In his role, Paul sets the strategic direction and positioning of Crowd Ignite to users and publishers. Prior to this position, Paul was Head of Operations for CraveOnline Media, overseeing 13 owned and operated websites, focusing on traffic growth, revenue generation and user experience. Paul’s main expertise lies in growing influential vertical publishing markets while finding ways to integrate advertisers within these desirable audiences in new and effective methods.


Paul holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Business Administration from Cal Poly, SLO.
