With an aim to create opportunity for 300 million young people by 2015, Microsoft YouthSpark focuses on closing the “opportunity divide,” a gap between those who have the skills, training, and access to opportunities to achieve success and those who do not by partnering closely with youth, government, nonprofit and business leaders.
