Karina Wilsher is a Partner of Anomaly – a difficult to define, but exciting to work at \'new model\' company with offices in New York, London, Amsterdam, Toronto, and Shanghai.
She is President of the network\'s flagship office in New York and has helped deliver the two best years in Anomaly history.
Anomaly\'s blue chip client roster includes Budweiser, Converse, Diageo, Dick\'s Sporting Goods, Google, Marriott Group, and Procter & Gamble. Equally interesting is Anomaly\'s IP portfolio, which includes a culinary lifestyle brand with Eric Ripert; a YouTube programming platform called \'The Reserve Channel\'; and EOS – a skincare and beauty brand.
Karina was previously the Managing Director of Fallon London. Under her leadership the agency doubled its revenue, and was awarded Campaign\'s UK Agency of the Year twice. Fallon London was the most creatively awarded agency in the world at that time.
Karina is one of the Founders of \'Straight Up\', set up to develop more female leaders in the industry. In the UK, she played an industry role within Women in Advertising and Communications London (WACL) and the Institute of Practitioners of Advertising (IPA).
