Wayne is the founder of Cog NYC. Prior to Cog he was Executive Creative Director at JWT, worked at TAXI, Fallon, Wieden + Kennedy, Kirshenbaum + Bond, Cliff Freeman & Partners and Ammirati & Puris. His clients have included ESPN, Virgin Mobile, JetBlue, Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Staples and Macys. His work has won Cannes Lions, One Show pencils, Clios, Effie’s and many other awards, in branded content, TV, print and, last but not least, radio.

He’s also won Radio Mercury Gold, twice.
