Many states now offer financial incentives to shoot commercials in their states. The savings can be quite significant, often ranging from between 15 to 30 percent of production spending in that state. Whose money is it? Marketers and production companies have been in dispute on that. But recently. AICP (Association of Independent Commercial Producers) and ANA (Association of National Advertisers) have gotten together and agreed on joint principles to share the benefit of state commercial production incentives.
