Janna Ducich

Janna is Chief Marketing Officer at AT&T Mexico. She is responsible for the postpaid, prepaid, device and entertainment businesses for AT&T Mexico. As CMO, she also leads the brand and go to market strategy including advertising and customer lifecycle management.
Janna is known for her focus on developing a culture of engagement and collaboration while driving industry-leading growth. She is a champion of diversity and inclusion efforts, education and building talent for the future.
Prior to her role in Mexico, Janna was a Vice President of Corporate Strategy, AT&T Communications. She was responsible for developing long term strategic recommendations and addressing cross-business unit level opportunities in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications space.
Under her leadership as Vice President and General Manager of New England, AT&T Mobility & Entertainment Group, her team of 1,500 employees in over 250 retail locations delivered strong financial results and drove significant growth in entertainment and wireless. Starting with the Boston Flagship retail location, she innovated new ways to drive traffic, revenue and customer engagement through partnerships and entertainment assets.
Prior to that, Janna was Chief Marketing Officer of Cricket Wireless, a subsidiary of AT&T, during a transformative time in the company’s history. She led Cricket’s marketing teams through a merger while evolving the brand, retaining and migrating millions of customers to a new network and fueling industry leading growth and retention. Her team introduced groundbreaking advertising and promotions, grassroots marketing, sponsorships, customer rewards programs, contributing to Cricket’s remarkable turnaround, and return to growth; delivering the greatest prepaid net customer additions in the industry in 2015.
Janna has held many leadership roles throughout her 23-year tenure with AT&T. Prior to her CMO role at Cricket, she was Vice President of Consumer Insights & Targeted Marketing where she built a big data team focused on innovating real-time analytics and optimizing communications. Janna’s keen ability to leverage data and interpret consumer insights has powered new, cutting edge marketing approaches in the U.S. consumer marketplace for the company.
Janna received Corporate Marketer of the Year in 2016 by the American Marketing Association. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Political Science from the University of Washington in Seattle. She lives in Mexico City with her husband of 20 years and their 2 daughters.
