Nicole is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at AT&T Mexico. She is responsible for the planning, integration, engineering, performance, deployment and operations of AT&T´s wireless assets in Mexico
Prior to this position she served as Assistant Vice President (AVP) Partner Solutions in Enterprise Sales for AT&T Mexico. Her main objective was to expand the reach of the Business Sales organization through Go To Market alliances and joined strategies that allow the increase of AT&T products presence in the market and leverage to the most, the company’s capacity of technology and innovation.
Nicole has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, with a wide knowledge in different types of wired and wireless technologies. Her success is based on a strong focus on execution and results, ongoing personal growth, leadership, and teamwork. She has shown her commitment to the development of female talent in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) areas, as a member of AT&T in Mexico’s Women in Action committee and having participated in numerous internal and external lectures and mentorships.
Nicole joined AT&T after the company acquired Centennial, a mobile services enterprise in Puerto Rico in 2009. Since then, she has served as Vice President of Technology and Mobile Maritime Engineering Services (an AT&T subsidiary), Director of New Technological Products Development, and Director of Network Services in AT&T Mobility. She participated in the deployment of 4G LTE Network at AT&T in the United State since 2010. From March 2015 to July 2017, she was AVP of Engineering in AT&T in Mexico, leading the accelerated expansion and transformation of the network in the country.
Nicole Rodríguez holds an Engineering Degree in Electronics at the Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela, her native country. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration by the New Orleans University in the United States.
