Prior to Macarta, Mike was the President of Mindgruve, one of the fastest growing North American ad agencies and President of The San Diego Union-Tribune - a Platinum
Equity Company - where he spearheaded its digital transformation from a regional newspaper group into a national, integrated media organization with large-scale print, TV and digital properties.
A successful entrepreneur, Mike has built and sold several startups including an advertising
technology company that was acquired by Google’s DoubleClick. Mike also serves on several company and industry boards and is an active public speaker on Business Innovation & Revenue Growth Strategies for Global Brands and Amazon Channel Strategies.
