Since 2014, Bilbao has served as Country Manager in Mexico for PA Consulting Group. His major experience focuses on the energy, infrastructure, innovation, technology and automotive sectors.
From 2008 to 2014 he worked as a consultant for the Spanish firm IDOM.
From 2004 to 2007, Bilbao was part of Valeo, a company specializing in the automotive sector, where he held several positions in the purchasing department.
Previously, he was part of Extrude Hone (2014), Funvera (2002-2003) and Volkswagen (2001-2002).
In Mexico, Guillermo has worked on global projects for various client groups, including companies in the energy sector, governments and multinational corporations such as Pemex, the Secretariat of Communications and Transportation (SCT), Homex, the Government of Puebla, Banobras, CESPT de Baja California and CONACYT, among others.
He has great knowledge in organizational transformation, with 15 years of experience in management consulting.
He graduated in 2002 in Industrial Engineering from the TECNUN School of Engineers of the University of Navarra. From 2007 to 2009 he completed a Master's Degree in Business Administration at the IESE University of Navarra.
