Ebru Ozguc is a tri-lingual, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with an MBA in International Business and qualification in Digital Marketing from Columbia Business School. Previously held progressive global and European strategic marketing and country leadership roles in a 15-year career at 3M the pioneering innovator of worker safety, healthcare, and consumer goods. She joined Vodafone in 2012 leading courageous initiatives, supporting the open conversation around gender gap issues and playing a major role in the company’s determination to lead the digital transformation of business sector. Vodafone won several awards including Cannes Lions and Effie. She is currently the Global Head of Brand & Reputation for Vodafone Business, based in London HQ.
Ebru is the mother of 18-year-old twin sons.
