James Hay

As the Managing Director, James leads the development, acceleration and growth of the Barrows Connected Store & Connected Commerce practice in the UK and Europe.

James and his team work in partnership with market leading retailers such as Tesco, as well as brands to realise the power & potential of in-store media. Given the scale of the audience and the ability to influence shopper decisions, this is a creative & contextual channel that can be transformative for a range of brand objectives and is proven to help retailers deliver customer experience & sales growth.

Prior to joining Barrows, James worked in a number of senior marketing roles at L’Oréal and Mars. James is also a Marketing Academy Scholar.
