Jake Humphrey

Jake is the founder of hugely successful chart-topping podcast and community brand ‘High Performance’ - with professor Damian Hughes - offering an intimate glimpse into the lives of high-achieving, successful individuals, and sharing their tips for success. Beginning its life as a hit podcast, High Performance has amassed millions of followers internationally, and expanded into best-selling books, sell-out tours, workshops & away days, an app with courses and resources, amongst many other areas.

Jake is also the founder of multi-award winning production company Whisper Productions, one of Europe’s fastest-growing independent production companies. (with Formula One racing driver David Coulthard), and one of the most successful sports broadcasters in the UK - from being the face of Premier League and Champions League football on BT Sport, to hosting BBC’s Bafta-winning Formula One coverage, to previously the Commonwealth Games, Football World Cup, Cricket World Cup.
In 2006, Jake began working on BBC Sport, presenting Football Focus, Final Score and becoming the youngest ever host of Match of the Day. In 2012, his final year with BBC Sport, he hosted the 2012 Euros, the London Olympics and released his first bestselling book, Inside Track.

Off screen, Jake is passionate about contributing to the community through charity work - he is Vice President of Young lives vs Cancer, Chairman of Norwich Community Sports Foundation, and most recently set up the High Performance Foundation.
