Beginning its life as a book and then a podcast, Happy Place has now amassed over 100million downloads (regularly the most listened to wellbeing podcast in the UK), a community of 12million+ on social media, Sunday Times best-selling books, sell-out wellness festivals, a publishing imprint, courses and workshops, retreats, product lines, and more exciting developments for 2024 as the brand continues to grow.

Passionate about making self-care inclusive, relatable, and straightforward, Fearne has actively encouraged and demystified wider conversation around mental health.
