Louise Johnson
Louise is CEO of Fuse, a leading sport and entertainment marketing agency within Omnicom Media Group.
Louise has over 20 years’ experience in sport and entertainment marketing having worked both client and agency side, including Vodafone’s global portfolio which comprised of Ferrari F1, McLaren F1, Manchester United FC, David Beckham, and the UEFA Champions League, working across 100+ markets
At Fuse, Louise has tripled the agency to a team of 250 across EMEA and APAC, servicing 10 of the top 30 brands in the world. The agency is currently retained by Nissan, PepsiCo, HSBC, Vodafone, FedEx, Klarna and Carlsberg. Fuse has negotiated over $1.1B worth of rights in the past six years for clients across the biggest platforms in the world. As a result, Fuse is becoming one of the largest and most respected agencies in the sports and entertainment marketing industry and beyond. Louise was named one of the Sports Leaders Under 40 class of 2018, on Ad Age’s Women to Watch Europe 2019, was highly commended in Management Today’s Inspiring Women in Business Awards 2020 and was included on the IPA inaugural 2020 iList of diversity and inclusion trailblazers. She has most recently been shortlisted for the 2021 Global Women in Marketing Awards.
Louise is a Board Director for Omnicom Media Group UK, sits on Omnicom’s Diversity & Inclusivity Steering Committee and is a member of the purpose marketing organisation One Hundred. Louise is an active member of WACL (Women in Advertising & Communications Leaders) where she heads up the new members committee as part of the ExCo. Louise is an SMP Graduate of Omnicom University at Babson College, Boston (Harvard Business School Faculty).
From a judging perspective, Louise has been active across a host of international festivals including, Cannes Lions for Entertainment Jury 2016, Cannes Lions for Sport Jury 2021 and as President of Eurobest Entertainment Jury 2018.
