Brixton Finishing School is an award-winning family of change-making programmes dedicated to building accessible, free, pathways into industry for under-represented talent. We then aim to support that talent to thrive, not survive.

Barriers to entry include race and class as well as, a skill, awareness and attainability gap. Brixton Finishing School targets talent groups 'underserved' by industry employers - we deliver much-needed diversity of thought to employers.
