As an advertising strategist, Josh has spent 25 years helping brands harness the power of language to change behaviour. As CSO at Leo Burnett London, he has helped the agency win Campaign’s Agency of the Year at this year’s awards, where he was also recognised as Strategic Leader of the Year for the second year in a row.

Josh believes that to be successful agencies must better reflect the nation they create for. In recent years he’s lead the development of Leo Burnett’s industry-leading approach to diversity and representation - The Everyone Way. He is a loud advocate for DE&I in the industry press and as a board member of enAble, the Publicis Groupe’s employee action group on disability.
