Lisa is an experienced marketing leader who loves managing high performing teams and helming brands during periods of hypergrowth, most notably at Deliveroo & Ocado.
Over the last two years, Lisa has been responsible for the single largest change in marketing strategy across the 20-year history of Ocado, in moving from direct marketing focus to brand-led growth. An all-encompassing rebrand and several brand campaigns later, Ocado is being featured in “top 10 brands” lists and was the 2nd fastest growing brand by value according to recent Kantar research.
In her previous role at Deliveroo, Lisa worked in multiple roles including leading PR & Comms across Europe, developing Deliveroo’s global brand vision and founding the market research team during a time when it was Europe’s fastest growing start-up. Lisa has significant expertise in advertising, PR/comms & content across the tech, food and automotive sectors.
