Debbie Tembo

Debbie is a successful senior professional who has operated predominantly in the professional services sector. She has advised FTSE100 and professional services firms about the strategic importance of EDI, plus has worked as a brand manager for BAT in Africa. Most recently, she was MD of the Black British Business Awards where she was focused on the retention and acceleration of minority ethnic talent in organisations, as well as advocated for more proactive inclusion of EDI within ESG strategies.
