Before launching smol Paula ran a marketing consultancy working for many of the big global FMCG and retail businesses. Previously having had an established successful career at Unilever managing a variety of both global and local brands.
Paula has a passion for accelerating positive environmental and social change through building purpose-led brands and businesses.
