During 2020, Jessica founded 'Open to everyone. Closed to racism'. The not-for-profit membership initiative helps small businesses to take practical steps to better inclusion and allyship. The initiative focuses on helping business leaders to access resources and training designed by market-leading inclusion consultants in an affordable, bite-size way.
