In that time, there have been some positive signs, with major advertisers in the UK evidently considering representation in their campaigns, but it’s still a minority. Do people in the industry feel change is happening fast enough? When it looks inwards, is there notable progress behind the camera? What’s creating momentum, and where has inertia set in?
The panel of industry influencers, hosted by 'Open to everyone. Closed to racism' discuss their views on what has changed, still needs to change, and importantly how brands and agencies can play their part.
