Victoria Brooks

Victoria is a strategist specialising in the development of stories that inspire social & environmental change. With over 20 years in the communications industry, Victoria has led brand strategy teams on both sides of the Atlantic in advertising agencies including Ogilvy, Fallon, BBH and Naked Communications, working with global companies and NGOs on the creation of integrated marketing campaigns. Victoria began her own consultancy in 2006 with agencies, brands and NGOs, meeting the rising sustainability agenda with unexpected creative solutions.

Victoria was the 2019 Vice President of ad industry women’s organisation Bloom, and is Co-Founder of The Exchange co-mentoring programme closing the gender divide between men & women in the industry. She has curated Bloom events for over 4 years, which tackle the most taboo barriers to women's success in the communications industry, including ageism, classism, sexual harassment and mental health.
