Greg Williams
Greg is the Executive Editor of Wired as well as a published author and leading authority in several fields, including technology, innovation, content strategy, business and ideas.
Under his editorship, WIRED UK has outperformed the market on newsstand while publishing numerous exclusive cover stories including, Satya Nadela, Jean Liu, Stephen Hawking and, most recently, an in-depth story on SoftBank. He is currently the British Society of Magazine Editors 'Editor of the Year, Technology', an award he also won in 2017. His feature on the UK's biggest ever cocaine heist was highly commended by the British Society of Magazine Editors. WIRED UK's online audience has shown dramatic growth through a strong commitment to original, insightful journalism.
Greg was a judge of the Royal Society Science Book of the Year award 2018 and is the author of six novels. He is the co-writer of the film The Doorman, which starts production in April starring Ruby Rose and Jean Reno.
