Jonathan Akwue

Jonathan Akwue is Managing Partner at DigitasLBi – a data inspired marketing agency operating in 40 countries with over 7,000 people worldwide.

His career spans design, advertising, digital strategy, social media and content marketing. During this time, he has worked across sectors and industries with some of the world’s biggest brands.

He was previously a Partner at Engine, before becoming the CEO of Lost Boys, an award-winning creative agency specialising in social content.

Alongside his day job, Jonathan chairs The Ideas Foundation, an education charity that identifies and nurtures creatively talented young people from diverse backgrounds.

He is a trustee of Black Cultural Archives, helping launch the UK’s first Black heritage centre in Brixton in 2014.

He also co-founded The Great British Diversity Experiment and is a member of the Advertising Diversity Taskforce.
