Prior to joining The Brooklyn Brothers as Strategy Director, Will ran the dedicated consultancy division of Contagious - a global authority on creativity and marketing innovation. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients - including Nike, Heineken and Google - he delivered a range of services, from creative capability programmes to strategy development and innovation programmes. He has spoken on marketing creativity at most major conferences around the world, including Cannes Lions where he wrote and delivered main stage seminars that won the live stream public vote for the first four years that the competition ran.
