Anna Rafferty started her career as a copywriter at lastminute.com when it was a one-room start-up. Post successful IPO, she moved first to a digital agency (Dowcarter), went on to manage web projects at the V&A and then spent over a decade running all things digital and winning multiple awards at Penguin Books. She is currently Director of Product, Content and Creative at J.K. Rowling's company, Pottermore.
She is also the Chair of Culture24, sits on various BAFTA committees, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, a member of IADAS, a judge of many awards and the mum of two small, bellowing boys.
