Ian Broom

Ian Broom is CEO at Fliplet. Fliplet is an app development platform with the goal of making enterprise apps easier and more cost effective for companies to build and maintain. Since its launch in 2013, some of the world’s leading brands including Marriott, Mars and Deloitte have used Fliplet to build and maintain their own enterprise apps.

Ian founded Weboo, the company that created Fliplet, in Australia in 2002 and opened the London office in 2009. Initially a digital agency undertaking web design projects, Weboo has attracted clients including Google, Cancer Research UK and Vodafone.

In parallel to Weboo Ian co-founded Launch48 in 2009. Launch48 is a series of events designed to help potential entrepreneurs create ideas, build products and form their own start-ups within 48 hours. After working with over 1,500 entrepreneurs at over 25 events he sold the company in 2012 but remains involved as a board member.
