James Sandom
Having worked in artist management since 1998, James founded Red Light's UK operation in 2012 with longstanding business partner Cerne Canning. Together they run Red Light's UK office.
Previously James & Cerne spent 11 years running Supervision Management (a division of MAMA Group). Red Light's London based operation is now home to 15 staff and over 40 artists including Interpol, Kaiser Chiefs, The Vaccines, Belle & Sebastian, Lower Than Atlantis, Oh Wonder, Temples, Crystal Castles, Franz Ferdinand, Fat White Family, amongst others. Red Light was founded in Charlottesville, VA., USA by Coran Capshaw in the early 1990s, and now has headquarters n LA, New York, Seattle, Nashville, Bristol, as well as Charlottesville and London. The company is also home to ATO Records (Radiohead, Alabama Shakes, My Morning Jacket), New Era (Sponsorship) & Green Light (Content Creation), and has close affiliations with C3 (Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits), SxSW, SuperFly and other market leaders in the Live Sector. The company's broad spectrum of talent and wholly independent status sets it apart from other similar sized global Artist Management and Artist Services companies.
