Martin Bailie

Martin was co-founder and Head of Planning of glue, one of the first digital marketing specialist agencies in the UK. glue London became glue Isobar following an acquisition by Aegis Media PLC in 2005. Martin now leads Global Commercial Strategy and Network Development for Isobar where he is responsible for driving new behaviours across the Isobar global network (60+ offices) as part of the Exec Board team as well as providing opinion on emerging business trends for the marketing sector.

Martin is an IDM Fellow, member of the Account Planning Group board and a member of the IPA Strategy Group.
