Stuart Butler
Stuart joined Maxus in March 2012 in the newly created position of Head of Strategy to drive the Maxus approach of ‘Relationship Media’, using data-driven insight to build longer-lasting, more valuable relationships between consumers and brands and became EMEA Head of Planning in 2015.
Prior to Maxus Stuart was Group Planning Director at MEC leading global brand and communication strategy for the likes of Visa, Bacardi and Novartis, helping these brands to realise the strategic potential of connecting with consumer to drive new routes to market.
Stuart has also worked as Associate and Planning Director at Carat on brands including Unilever, COI, Diageo and Danone but he started his career as a planner buyer at BMP (now OMD) where he had a glimpse of full service agency culture.
Stuart has wide experience of brand categories and different communication disciplines plus a proven track record of being a trusted and honest advisor.
