Chris is PHD’s resident Head of Insight. He has been in strategic research for over 20 years for companies such as Leo Burnet, The Henley Centre, Carat International and now seven years at PHD.
Chris’s strengths lie in combining qualitative and quantitative research along with applying psychological principles to get to the heart of consumer understanding.
As well as leading work on the power of touch Chris has worked heavily on understanding brands and media implicitly as well as understanding how personality drives consumer behaviour.
He holds a degree in Psychology and an M.A. in Marketing as well as the Diploma of the Market Research Society.
