Jez Nelson

Jez is the founder and CEO of Somethin’ Else. He started his media life broadcasting from dodgy flats in South London as a pirate radio DJ. Some decades later he’s still getting away with it. Jez launched the company in 1991 with £500 and a cash box. Since then he’s overseen Somethin’ Else’s growth to become one of the UK's biggest content agencies working with the likes of the BBC, Sky, Red Bull, The BRIT Awards and The Economist. His day job is to oversee the company’s overall vision and strategy for further growth. By night he remains a pirate at heart as the presenter of BBC Radio 3′s Jazz On 3.
