David Barker

David Barker leads the EMEA advertiser business for [a•mo•bee]. Formerly Global Head of Channel Advertising for Nokia, Barker has held a number of global and EMEA advertising positions at the company, including Director of Interactive Advertising. He joined Nokia via the Enpocket acquisition, where he was European Managing Director. Barker brings a wealth of advertising and mobile experience to [a•mo•bee], including a number of Board positions at the Mobile Marketing Association. In 2010, Barker was named a “Pioneer of Location Based Advertising” by New Media Age magazine. Before focusing on mobile David was a director at the full-service digital agency Hyperlink and part of the team responsible for selling Hyperlink to Cable and Wireless in 2000.
