Linda Scott is DP World Chair for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Said Business School, University of Oxford. Her area of expertise is women's economic empowerment through market-based means. She has worked with Walmart, ExxonMobil, Goldman Sachs, Procter & Gamble, Vodafone, Avon, CARE, UNICEF, Plan, the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, and the U.S. State Department on global projects exploring ways to open doors for women, especially among the poor of the developing world.
Professor Scott has extensive experience in marketing, serves on the board of the Advertising Educational Foundation, and edits Advertising & Society Review.
