This session will tell the story of how - by applying the principals of game-playing to its business - PHD has built a new, collaborative cultural engine which is delivering results for clients and agency alike. PHD believes it’s a game everyone can play and, supported by proof of the effect this approach has had on its own business, will set an industry-wide challenge for a step-change in how agencies approach collaboration.
